Steve is among the best real estate professionals I have ever worked with. He has exceptional attention to detail and he is very easy to talk with. He is always prompt for appointments and he returns calls and emails quickly. He has an indepth knowledge of the Puget Sound region and is an expert in his field. He answers all of our questions and checks in with us frequently throughout the selling process. The listing process with him was smooth and easy. His photographer is outstanding! This is our first home purchase, and I am very thankful to have worked with Steve! When I contacted him and scheduled a time to view a house he didn't hesitate to show us several more the same evening at last minute. He got right in with flashlight to point out different wiring and things to look out for. We put in our first offer and right away Steve got to work with the offer accepted the very next day! He is pleasant and responsive no matter what time of day/night contacted. He was able to negotiate with the seller to get us a new roof and has good relations with other in the business. Very pleased with his recommendations for inspectors and he took the time to explain how different loans work with different houses on the market.
